Refund of full payment less cancellation fee of $20 if you advise in writing cancelling your booking five days before the tours departure date.

No refund given within five days of tour departure date. No refund given if, once a tour has started, a person(s) opts out of the tour for any reason.

A full refund will be given if tour guide cancels a tour
